This equipment adopts spray or immersion cooling methods. Its structure includes components such as a suspended belt lifting device, stainless steel woven mesh belt, and air-cooled drying device, and is equipped with a PLC control system and a variable frequency speed regulation motor

This equipment, through the linkage with the internal mixer and the open mill, forms a continuous production line and realizes the following process steps:
High-temperature films are conveyed into the cooling tank by the conveying system and cooled down by spraying or soaking
